ANOTHER USE OF HYPNOSIS
PAST LIFE REGRESSION & PROGRESSION
Past Life Regression is a process whereby a trained hypnotherapist guides the individual into a deeply relaxed balanced state of hypnosis in order to assist them in accessing the memories and experiences that are buried deep in their sub-conscious mind.  Most times, these past life experiences can uncover the very patterns and beliefs around issues of abandonment,  violence, fears and phobias that may be the cause of the difficulties in the present existence.

In many cases, individuals may give vivid descriptions of events including dates, circumstances and feelings from that particular life.  This information can be invaluable in connecting the dots from one life to the next in order to promote a healing and integration of information for the present life as well as for future lives.  At all times the individual is in a safe environment and is aware of what is happening and will be able to recall the smallest detail from the experience as well as communicate with the therapist.

In regression, many relationship mysteries can be unraveled because in most cases the same individuals travel together from one incarnation to another.  For example an abusive, violent spouse in a past life may become your parent or your child in this life to resolve and release the pain from that experience teaching the individual how to express compassion, love, patience and forgiveness in this life.  Eventually all relationships must be healed so the more you can discover from your past life regression, the easier your relationships will become.  With understanding, comes acceptance and love for ourselves and others.

Progression, however, takes us to a different perspective where under hypnosis, the individual may experience and view glimpses of future life possibilities based on decisions and choices made in the present life.   Thereby healing and opening the way for new growth, expansion and manifestation of abundance into all areas of life creating a new wondrous world of peace, joy and love in the world.
